Even though this blog focuses on leadership, Jody‘s crew came across a new concept called holacracy. Holacracy is a different form of system used instead of regular hierachy models. It is s distributed authority system. It’s focus is more on the work and tasks at hand rather than on the people and who is manager. There must be some sort of governance within the system. More people have a voice in relating to tasks. One major company moving to this model by the end of the year is Zappos.
