John Maxwell‘s leadership philosophy: “Everything rises and falls on leadership.”

John has authored over 70 books (of which have sold over 19 million books) and has spoken to millions of people.

Jody wanted to find out more about this prolific writer. Here is what he found:

John Maxwell led churches in Indiana, Ohio, California, and Florida. He left a church in California after serving as senior pastor for 14 years in 1995 to speak and write full time. In 2004, he returned to the ministry in Florida. In 2008, he served as a guest pastor at the Crystal Cathedral in California.

He has founded INJOY, Maximum Impact, ISS and EQUIP.

Every year he speaks to Fortune 500 companies, government leaders (national and international) and many organizations.
