The Victor crew came across a site called The Leader in Me. It is a program associated with Franklin Covey’s whole school transformation. It teaches leadership and life skills to students. It uses content from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People in its process.

The mindset they try to bring to children is that everyone:
… can be a leader,
… has genius,
… can start change,
… be empowered by educators to lead their own learning,
… and develop the whole person.

Since the program launched in 2009, there are in over 2500 schools in 35 countries using the program. You can also check out the blog.
